EOS Facts

UNH has been ranked a "high-impact university" (in the company of Stanford, Harvard, and Princeton) in geoscience and environmental science citations. EOS researchers are among those most highly cited for published papers.
EOS is UNH's largest research enterprise, receiving approx. $38 million each year in research support from NASA, NOAA, NSF and other federal agencies.
At the Dec. 2006 meeting of American Geophysical Union, UNH scientists presented the sixth largest number of abstracts, papers, and posters.
